The new landscaped canopies will extend the leisure activities and greenery of Tähtitorninvuori park to the water's edge, leaving current port operation and vehicular operations undisturbed below. A mobile restaurant capsule will ride the ribbon along an interior rail, providing ever-changing views of the harbor for diners—a unique reinterpretation of revolving restaurants ubiquitous in major cities around the world. The proposed art museum, with its landscaped skin, will suggest how new indoor programmed spaces can fill the new landscaped canopies as new needs and uses arise in the future.
