Cambrian East Riverside

Cambrian East Riverside is a mixed-income residential development in Austin’s East Riverside Corridor that transforms an underutilized site into a connected housing community with 65 residential units, including 45 affordable homes. Developed by Cambrian Development, the project uses a walkable site plan, shared outdoor spaces, and durable, climate-responsive design strategies to provide residents with access to quality housing near transit, parks, and neighborhood services.
